DYNO-PROVEN PERFORMANCE
The BDX Performance Programmer delivers street-tested, dyno-proven tune files developed by SCT's expert calibrators to unlock each vehicle's true potential. Select from multiple SCT tuning levels or load up to 20 custom tune files from one of our thousands of custom tuning dealers worldwide. Instead of downloading and uploading tunes and DLX Files using a computer, BDX's WiFi capability enables users to send and receive over the cloud. A variety of customizable vehicle functions from timing and rev limiter adjustments, to wheel and tire size calibration allow the BDX to adjust your vehicle to meet your performance needs.
MONITORING, DATA LOGGING & DIAGNOSTICS
The lightning-fast BDX gives drivers the ability to monitor a customizable table of engine parameters (PIDs), in real time. The device gauges display in crisp, HD color for easy readability and with its data logging capability, users can easily record vehicle performance and play it back later with SCT's free LiveLink software. DLX files can even be sent via WiFi connection to take a closer look at vehicle performance. The BDX also doubles as a diagnostic tool with the ability to read and clear diagnostic trouble codes (check engine lights) saving drivers a trip to the dealership.
CLOUDTUNE CUSTOM TUNE DELIVER
The BDX offers the first-of-its-kind CloudTune delivery over WiFi. This innovation in the way firmware updates and custom tunes are delivered eliminates the need for computers or fumbling with messy wires. Instead of downloading and uploading tunes and DLX Files using a computer, BDX's WiFi capability enables users to send and receive over the cloud. Tunes that are preloaded in our devices have gone through hours of testing to ensure the safety of the drivers and the environment overall. Custom tuners are required to follow the guidelines of the Clean Air Act as they develop their own tunes for our devices.

Shipping Times
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Most customers receive their parts within 3-5 business days from the day shipped. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Same-day shipping cut-off is 12:00 PM PST.
Where Do We Ship
We ship our products within Canada and the United States. We currently do not ship to other countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us.
Damaged Shipments
Custom Truckx offers the option to purchase shipping insurance. If you purchase insurance and your package is damaged, we'll assist with the claims process. Please inspect your package before signing for it, and report any damage to us within 5 business days. If you didn't purchase insurance, we aren't responsible for damage during shipping.
Custom Truckx Return Policy:
- Timeframe: Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
- Approval Required: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning any product.
- Product Condition: The product must be unopened and undamaged to be eligible for return.
- Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Insure the package to protect against loss or damage during transit.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
- Restocking Fees:
- 5% restocking fee applies to regular products.
- 20% restocking fee applies to items over 50 lbs or special orders.
- Exceptions:
- Electronics & Tuning products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Mounted or special order rims cannot be returned; inspect rims before mounting and contact us immediately if you find a blemish.
- Procedure:
- Contact us to obtain an RMA number.
- Ship the product back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Wait for our instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
