Shipping Times

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Most customers receive their parts within 3-5 business days from the day shipped. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Our same-day shipping cut-off is 12:00 PM PST.

Shipping Areas

We ship our products within Canada and the United States. We currently do not ship to other countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us.

Damaged Shipments

Customtruckx offers the option to purchase shipping insurance. If you purchase insurance and your package is damaged, we'll assist with the claims process. Please inspect your package before signing for it and report any damage to us within 5 business days. If you didn't purchase insurance, we aren't responsible for damage during shipping.
